  • Tune In

    First we have to know what is happening. What’s arising in the body, mind, heart. This is the starting place of our path towards greater happiness, freedom, and well-being.

  • Feel

    Acknowledging and being with what is true takes courage and commitment. We work by feeling into the body and listening to what emotions are expressing.

  • Align

    Consider what your values are, what motivates you and how to align with these from a place of honesty and compassion.
